Purpose:
As part of the Component Processing team your role is to ensure the highest quality green parts are inspected, photographed, cleaned, labelled, and packaged, in accordance with our quality standards. You will be processing a large volume of parts daily, ranging from headlights to engines, working closely with other departments and using in-house systems.

Purpose:
As People Administrator you will provide a comprehensive administrative support to the business. You will support all matters across our business that deal with our people and help with onboarding and management processes which improve employee retention.
You will act as the first point of contact for People-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties will include maintaining personnel records, HR documents (e.g. pre-employment vetting, onboarding processes and employment records) and updating internal records.
You will support our managers and operations by preparing documentation and providing information to help manage our people. You will undertake key processes such as data input for payroll and pre-employment validation checking. Being organised and with a good level of attention for detail, along with positive communication and a passion for continual improvement, you will provide an exemplary service to ensure our People function is seen as a force for good across the business.
Purpose:
You will be responsible for recycling and safely removing key parts from end-of-life vehicles. A passion for cars and a level 2 or 3 qualification in vehicle mechanics is required. You will have the ability and confidence to use various tools and to able to dismantle vehicles.
Location: BH1, Poole Site, Dorset
Reporting to: BH1 Line Supervisor
Salary: Up to £32,160 per annum
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
We operate on a swing shift pattern from 6:00am to 3:00pm and then 3:00pm to 12:00am on a week on, week off basis.
Purpose: Responsible for depolluting end-of-life vehicles by removing all fluids with a modern recovery system. Also will be responsible for Dismantling Powertrain units that have been removed in the workshop and identifying the parts required for re-sale or recycling.

As one of our Vehicle Diagnostic Technicians, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, diagnosing, and testing various vehicle components, ensuring they meet quality and functionality standards. Your expertise in running and testing automotive systems will contribute to our mission of efficiently recycling and repurposing salvaged vehicles.
Purpose:
As one of our Vehicle Parts Administrators, you will be responsible for the selection of vehicle parts from incoming salvage vehicles. You will be a key point of contact for the pricing team, as well as working with the rest of the business on accurately assessing high quality parts aligning with our stock requirements for sale.
