Purpose: Delivering car parts across the entire south of the country. You will be the face of our business servicing all of our customer’s needs, dealing with prestigious insurance companies, Uk's largest bodyshop groups, garages, independent bodyshops & regular retail customers. You will be driving a Renault Master 3.5 tonne delivery van which is well equipped with an internal racking solution for all panels such as doors, bonnets & tailgates, an easy to use crane (training provided) to help you deliver palletised goods such as engines & gearboxes. Charles Trent’s firmly believes we operate the best delivery vans in the industry to help our drivers provide customers with an exceptional level of customer service, which is why we are seeking the best delivery drivers. Due to significant & continued expansion, we are currently recruiting for a new delivery driver to add to our team of expert drivers. Driving our state of the art delivery van, you will be providing our customers with a next day delivery service. Covering either 1 of 3 delivery routes which are swapped on weekly basis, providing variation into your day with a vast range of customers to manage.

Salary: £28,600 (+£1,560 performance bonus after probation)

Reporting to: Transport Manager & Parts Delivery Planner

Purpose: We are looking for a people focused, customer centric team leader to join us in ensuring we are consistently focussed on our customer service across the business. The Team Leader role is to oversee the following areas: Sales, Core, Warranty & Returns and the Body Repair Shop network. The team has seven direct reports across a variety of areas and another key part of the role is to support the development, engagement and success of your team.We are looking for someone who has the ability to set their own goals, analyse data to make data driven decisions, implement change effectively and build strong customer relationships.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: £30,000 pa

Working Hours: 37.5 per week

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 

Reporting to: Customer Service Director

Purpose: As one of our Class 1 driving team, your day will be extremely varied. You will be dealing with customers and manging a multitude of collections, from customers’ homes to commercial units. You will be driving a seven-car transporter and be mechanically minded as some of the vehicles you collect may not drive, are accident damaged or require winching. You will need to think on your feet and problem solve often. You are part of a successful and talented transport team, working closely with our operational and material handling team.

Location: Rugby Site, Newbold Road CV21

Salary: £34,000 (+£2,080 performance bonus after probation)

Working Hours: 48 hrs per week    

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Reporting to: Transport Manager

Purpose: Support IT related activities across the organisation, working closely with end-users to provide a trouble-shooting and problem solving service and ensure optimal system uptime.  Set up new users and process leavers and those that transfer within the business, and prioritise and escalate day-to-day issues as required.  Promote Information Security so that it is embedded and appropriate throughout all company systems.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: Up to £25,000

Working Hours: 37.5 per week

Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 8:30 - 17:00

Reporting to: IT Manager

Purpose: At the forefront of our industry-leading vehicle recycling process, the Customer Service & Logistics team is responsible for arranging the collection of vehicles to be brought back to one of our hubs for processing. You will be working with us at our rapidly expanding Poole site, based in Parkstone.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: £22,500

Working Hours: 37.5hrs

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Reporting to: Logistics Team Leader

Purpose: You will be responsible for recycling and safely removing key parts from end-of-life vehicles. A passion for cars and a level 2 or 3 qualification in vehicle mechanics is required. You will have the ability and confidence to use various tools and to able to dismantle vehicles.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: Up to £32,160 per annum

Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

We operate on a swing shift pattern from 6:00am to 3:00pm and then 3:00pm to 12:00am on a week on, week off basis.

Reporting to: BH1 Line Supervisor

Purpose: As one of amazing sales advisors, you are the first point of contact for incoming calls from customers looking to buy motor vehicle parts. With a good eye for detail, and great questioning skills, you will be matching car parts and advising customers with best options. You will be responsible for case management and problem solving, always supporting the customer, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Location: Poole Site, BH12

Salary: £25,000

Working Hours: 37.5 per week on a rota basis

Working Pattern: Overtime Saturday – every 3 weeks 9am-4pm. Sunday Hybrid from home every 10 weeks 10am -2pm
