Important COVID-19 update

We have now temporarily closed our sites and stopped operations and services to protect the health of our employees and valued customers and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We plan to re-open our sites on Friday 1st May, but this may be sooner if the government advise this is possible.

It is still possible to order parts through our website, but please be aware that we cannot dispatch any order until we re-open.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your incredible support, kind words and encouragement as we attempt to navigate all things COVID-19.

Stay safe and goodbye for now.

COVID-19 statement: 17th March 2020

As the news about COVID-19 (coronavirus) and its unprecedented effects evolves, we’re learning that being informed and prepared are essential. Thus, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the UK Government and taking the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our customers, colleagues and employees.

As this is an emerging, rapidly changing situation, I wanted to personally reach out to you and provide an update on the actions that Charles Trent Limited is taking to help protect our employees and customers.

Starting tomorrow (Wednesday 18th March), we will be maximising social distancing by instituting a work-from-home policy for a significant number of our employees. Anyone working from home is equipped with the technology and tools to fulfil operational capabilities remotely.

Staff essential for continued operational and production needs will remain in place. With a fully functional customer support team, there are no current changes in our shipping and logistics capabilities. We will also be closely monitoring our supply chain. Our goal remains to continue providing our customers with the products and services.
