This weekend just gone we took part in this year’s Wonderland Car Show situated on the banks of the River Trent which celebrated the 45th year anniversary of the iconic Ford Capri and 50th year of the beastly Mustang.

The show – put together by the Mansfield & Notts Capri Club – also featured classics from across the globe as well as a host of TVR’s, sports cars of all ages, and a host of recent Fords tuned to the max!

With a massive turnout including a host of (happy) campers who had to endure some rather inclement weather overnight we were treated to glorious weather giving every car the opportunity to bask in their respective glory.

A tremendous number of people were interested in our stand (who doesn’t want affordable car parts!?) so we set to work handing out some great #trents freebies and answering any questions that people may have about what we do. Promoting the vast array of services that we offer including our revolutionary DIY PickAPart service, delivered used parts, salvage vehicle auctions and scrap car collection services it’s safe to say that word is getting out that we’re THE place to head for affordable car parts and vehicle recycling services.
The day flew by! We lost track of time and before we knew it the day was over and it was time to head home.

We were treated to a number of Gumball 3000 super cars flying past us in the outside lane  as we headed back to Trent House but managed to get a picture of a beastly Ferrari 458.

Just before home we also came across an amazing Dodge Charger in Dukes of Hazzard General Lee livery. It looked gorgeous as the sun was creeping down behind it.
