Job Purpose:

  • You will contribute to the profitable success of the site by ensuring quality standards are maintained in handling and storage of spare parts.


  • Responsible for ensuring car parts are in sound order with no damage
  • Responsible for preparing parts ready to be checked and photographed
  • Ensure that the parts are tagged correctly and marked appropriately
  • Ensuring that all parts are photographed according to company standards
  • Ensuring that all tagged parts go into the parts bins
  • Ensuring that return tags of parts that are damaged, together with relevant paperwork are submitted to the office for deleting broken parts and crushing of vehicle
  • Sign off paperwork to confirm that parts have been checked and are in good order
  • Completion of routine paperwork
  • Ensure that Cameras and measuring equipment is safe and maintained I working order
  • Compliance with manual handling guidelines
  • Compliance with VDU Safety Procedures
  • Other duties as may be required

Location: Poole, Dorset

Salary: £18,000pa

Hours: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 42.5 hours

Required Education:

  • Secondary Education (ideally)

Required Experience:

  • Vehicle Maintenance: 1 year (NVQ Level 1) orMechanical Qualification (ideally)
  • Knowledge of Vehicle Parts
  • Passion for Cars
