Contact our call centre sales team, by calling 01202 744 194 or 0845 458 2039. We have thousands of parts in stock at all times and can ship anywhere in the UK. The call centre staff, deal with most enquiries however if your vehicle is older than 10 years, you may be directed through to our PickaPart service.

There are two ways of buying salvage vehicles for repair. If the vehicle you would like is at one of our sites, you can personally call in to purchase, though you will have to bring full identification. If you wish to purchase a Charles Trent vehicle from our auction partners Bluecycle, you will need to follow their registration details and terms and conditions.

Providing the order is placed and paid for before 2pm, we generally offer a next day courier service for parts in stock. There maybe exceptions with destinations in the Highlands, Northern Ireland and anywhere “over water”.

All parts sold through our call centre are guaranteed for up to 12 months under our standard terms and conditions, which you will find on your invoice.

The call centre is open Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 5.30 and Saturday, 9 – 1pm. Parts Advisors are available on 01202 744 194 or 0845 458 2039.

The Pickapart front counter and DIY site are open Monday to Friday, 9 – 5pm and Saturday 9 – 4pm. These hours are changed during winter months to Monday to Friday 8.30 – 4.30.

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and for our E Bay shop items, Paypal. We do not accept American Express.

Most of our Part Sales are done through our call centre on 0845 458 2039 or through our Pick-a-Part front counters (www.pickapart.uk.com). However, we do run a number of successful E Bay shops listing our wheels and tyres (Tyrewise Poole) and more unusual and rare items through our main shop (Charlestrentlimited).
